I’m the one with the English accent who strikes up a conversation with you in the Atrium (whether you were planning on one or not).
I’m running for one of three open seats on the Sun City Center Community Association Board of Directors, because I think we need to tell our story better: to the world, and to ourselves.
A quick sidebar: I built this website in an afternoon in Google Sites. The exact same platform ready to provide Club Websites and ALL SCCCA member information from one place that works on a phone just like an app (with NO downloads).

Here, $346 a year. In the newer communities nearby, $300 to $700 a month. We are the best value in Tampa Bay, and almost nobody outside our gates knows it. If the world comes to know our unique and compelling story, how much more will your home be worth? How much faster will it sell compared to communities around Tampa Bay?

When a class moves, a pool closes or a storm is coming, you should hear it from the CA first: on your phone, in plain English. Not from a neighbor. The software to connect and serve us all has already been granted to us for FREE by Google (because we are a non-profit) and needs an experienced technology and communication professional on the board to bring focus to a 2027 implementation.
